App & Analytics

App

Aware Building’s mobile app offers a convenient and efficient way for building managers to name and configure wireless sensors directly from their smartphone. By simply scanning the QR code on the side of any sensor, managers can instantly identify and assign custom names to each device, making it easier to organize and manage large sensor networks across multiple areas. This setup process is quick and eliminates the need for complex installation tools, enabling the on-the-spot deployment of sensors for monitoring critical conditions like leak detection, temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors.

A centralized hub, managed from your phone.

The app also serves as a centralized hub for monitoring and alerting, allowing managers to view live data and receive instant notifications when sensor readings indicate abnormal conditions. For instance, if a water sensor detects a leak or a temperature sensor identifies a drop that could indicate freezing pipes, the app sends an alert immediately, prompting rapid action. Managers can access historical data and trends, manage alerts, and make adjustments directly from the app, giving them full control over the building’s monitoring system from any location.

With Aware Building’s mobile app, building managers gain a powerful tool for streamlining sensor management, ensuring that critical alerts are immediately accessible. This easy-to-use solution improves operational efficiency by enabling rapid, on-the-fly sensor deployment and real-time monitoring, enhancing the manager's ability to respond swiftly to potential issues. By empowering managers to oversee environmental and safety conditions from their smartphones, the app promotes a safer, more responsive, and cost-effective approach to building management, ensuring the building operates efficiently and securely at all times.

Analytics

Aware Building’s web-based analytics platform for its wireless sensors provides building managers and board members with a centralized, user-friendly interface to monitor a wide range of critical functions, including HVAC systems, water and energy usage, environmental conditions, security, and maintenance needs.

Aware's platform aggregates real-time data from all sensor networks, presenting it in a clear and customizable dashboard. By delivering a holistic view of the building's operations, this tool allows managers to easily track performance, identify patterns, and spot anomalies that could indicate potential issues before they become costly or disruptive.

The analytics platform enables building managers to set customizable alerts and thresholds, allowing for quick responses to urgent situations, such as temperature fluctuations, water leaks, or elevator malfunctions. It also offers detailed reports and historical data, supporting data-driven decision-making for long-term planning and preventative maintenance.

By providing insights into energy and resource usage, managers can make more informed adjustments to optimize efficiency, ultimately leading to cost savings. Aware Building’s web-based analytics transform data into actionable insights, enabling timely responses to issues, enhancing operational efficiency, and facilitating more effective maintenance planning.

For board members, the platform offers transparency and accountability, with metrics that demonstrate proactive management and budget optimization. Aware's platform provides visibility into building performance, supporting more strategic decision-making and demonstrating a commitment to the well-being of residents and the preservation of the property.

Aware's advanced wireless technology not only empowers managers to optimize building operations but also fosters greater trust and accountability for board members, ensuring a more secure, efficient, and cost-effective residential environment.

Annunciator

In addition to receiving alerts via phone, text and e-mail, building staff can also receive them via an "annunciator" tablet that discreetly announces alerts to them while on duty. The annunciator is usually placed in the lobby of the building but can be placed anywhere in the building, for example the manager's office.

Test Kit
